Lemon Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. corn meal
    4 eggs
    1/4 c. butter, melted
    1/4 c. milk
    3 to 4 Tbsp. grated lemon rind
    1/4 c. lemon juice
Preparation
    Combine sugar, flour and meal in a large bowl.
    Toss lightly with fork.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Beat with electric mixer until smooth.
    Pour into unbaked 9-inch pie shell and bake 35 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until top is golden brown.
