Pineapple Cream Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can crushed pineapple
3 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. sugar
1 c. canned cream
3 egg yolks, slightly beaten
4 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Mix cornstarch with sugar in saucepan.
Combine remaining ingredients.
Cook and stir constantly over medium heat until thick.
Pour into 2 (9-inch) pie shells or into 1 large deep dish pie shell.
Top with meringue and chill.
