Mallow-Whip Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
    2 (17 oz.) cans sweet potatoes, drained and mashed
    1/4 c. margarine, melted
    1/4 c. orange juice
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Reserve 1/2 cup marshmallows.
    Combine remaining ingredients; mix lightly.
    Spoon into 1-quart casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Sprinkle with reserved marshmallows and broil until lightly browned.
    Makes 6 servings.
