Tacos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 tortillas
    3 c. lettuce, shredded
    2 large tomatoes, sliced
    6 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Drop tortillas in hot oil, one at a time.
    After a few seconds, turn, fold in half and fry to desired crispness.
    Drain well on paper towels and keep warm in low heat oven.
    To serve, open each torilla gently and insert filling.
    Yield: 12 servings. Carbohydrate 16 g, protein 6 g, fat 4 g, calories 124.
    One serving without the meat or chicken filling, 1/2 meat high fat exchange, 1 bread starch exchange.
