Corn Puff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 oz. frozen corn
    1 c. Bisquick
    1 c. milk
    2 eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Butter a 5 cup souffle dish or a 1 1/2-quart round casserole. Cook corn as directed on package.
    Drain.
    Mix Bisquick, milk, egg and salt.
    Stir in corn and cheese.
    Pour into prepared dish. Bake 1 hour or until knife inserted half way between edge and center comes out clean.
