Barbara'S Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. frozen hash browns
1 stick melted butter or margarine
2 c. shredded Cheddar
1 pt. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. corn flake crumbs
1 stick melted butter or margarine
Preparation

Mix together first 2 ingredients.
Line bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
Mix together Cheddar, sour cream and soup.
Pour over potatoes.
Mix together cornflake crumbs and butter.
Spread over top of casserole.
Bake for 30 minutes, covered, at 350\u00b0. Continue 30 more minutes, uncovered.
Can be made 3 days ahead and refrigerated.
