Cream Of Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. tarragon, crushed
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can broth
    1 c. skim milk
    1/4 tsp. ground thyme
Preparation
    Saute onion in margarine.
    Add flour and cook 1 minute, stirring constantly.
    Gradually add broth, broccoli and spices. Cook until broccoli is tender.
    Add milk and simmer 5 minutes.
    To cream, put in blender 1/4 at a time.
