Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. pkg. of diced hash browns
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cheddar cheese soup
    1 pint sour cream
    1 stick of butter
    1 onion chopped
    salt & pepper
    cheddar cheese to taste
Preparation
    Melt butter. Stir all ingredients together. Mix well. Bake for 1 hour and 15 min. at 350.
