Congo Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 sticks butter
    1 box light brown sugar
    3 large eggs
    2 3/4 c. flour, sifted
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Melt butter and add to brown sugar.
    Beat in eggs, one at a time.
    Add flour.
    Batter will be stiff.
    Stir in chocolate chips and pecans.
    Spread in a greased and floured 10 x 15-inch pan. Bake 25 minutes at 350\u00b0. Do not overcook. Use toothpick in middle to test.
    Store in plastic bag in a covered tin.
