Pizza Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 (3/4-inch thick) pork chops
    1 small onion, chopped
    3 Tbsp. margarine or butter
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. herb seasoned stuffing mix
    1/2 c. water
    1/4 tsp. dried oregano, crushed
    1 (8 oz.) can pizza sauce
    1 (3 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
    1 (4 oz.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Trim excess fat from chops; set chops aside.
    In a medium saucepan, cook onion in butter or margarine until tender, but not brown.
    Add stuffing mix, water and oregano to cooked onion.
    Stir until well combined.
