Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large sweet potatoes
    1/2 to 1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. butter
    2 beaten eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/3 c. milk
    1/3 c. melted butter
    scant 1 c. light brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Bake or boil the potatoes.
    Mash.
    Mix in sugar (use 1/2 cup first, more if necessary), butter, eggs, vanilla and milk.
    Put in a 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Melt butter and mix in brown sugar, flour and nuts.
    Sprinkle on top of sweet potatoes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
