Fried Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. white rice
2 1/2 c. water
1 c. celery, diced
1 c. onions, diced
2 eggs
1/2 lb. chopped meat
soy sauce
Preparation
-
Cook rice in water.
Fry celery (remove when done).
In same frypan, fry onions (remove when done).
In same frypan, brown meat (remove when done).
In same frypan, scramble eggs.
Mix all together with rice and use soy sauce to taste.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 45 minutes; mix through while baking.
