"Big Blues"(Muffins) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/3 c. milk
2 c. fresh blueberries
extra sugar (for tops)
Preparation

Heat oven to 450\u00b0.
Grease the cups of muffin tin (12 cup or 8 cup).
Combine flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl and set aside.
In a large bowl with mixer at medium speed, combine butter and sugar until well blended.
Add eggs and beat until smooth. Add flour mixture and milk, beating until well blended.
Stir in blueberries.
Spoon into prepared cups.
Sprinkle tops with sugar and bake 5 minutes.
Reduce heat to 375\u00b0 and bake 30 to 35 minutes.
Makes 12 medium or 8 jumbo muffins.
Only 310 calories and 9 grams of fat.
