Rosie'S Super Limas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. margarine
    1/4 c. water
    2 pkg. frozen lima beans
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. half and half
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    dash of pepper
    1 (4 oz.) can mushroom stems and pieces
Preparation
    In Dutch oven, saute celery and onions in margarine until soft.
    Add water and limas; cook until tender.
    Add remaining ingredients except mushrooms.
    Stir until thickened, then add mushrooms.
    Pour into greased casserole.
    Cover and bake at 325\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
    Serves 8 to 10.
