Betty'S Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. leanest ground beef
    1/2 lb. bulk sausage
    4 oz. (1 pkg.) saltine crackers, crushed finely with rolling pin
    1 egg
    1 small (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    2 Tbsp. fresh parsley leaves, finely chopped
    1 clove garlic, finely chopped
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Thoroughly combine beef, sausage and crushed crackers.
    Beat egg.
    Add to tomato sauce, then add parsley, garlic, salt and pepper.
    Pour into meat mixture and mix together well.
    Put in loaf pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes. Cool 10 minutes before cutting.
