Broccoli Soup With Ginger - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/2 lb. broccoli, trimmed and chopped (2 c.)
    2 c. chicken broth
    1/2 tsp. grated fresh ginger
    1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1/2 c. low-fat plain yogurt
Preparation
    Combine the onion, broccoli and 1/2 cup broth in a 2-quart casserole.
    Cover tightly and cook on High for 6 to 9 minutes, or until the broccoli is tender, stirring once.
    Pour the mixture into the bowl of a food processor or blender and finely chop. Return the mixture to the casserole.
    Stir in the remaining ingredients.
    Cover and cook on High for 2 to 6 minutes, or until just heated through, but not boiling.
