Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 good size potatoes or 1 bag frozen hash browns
    2 small onions
    salt
    pepper
    celery salt
    a small piece bacon or a little butter
    1 qt. water
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Dice potatoes or use hash browns.
    Finely chop onions.
    Add salt, pepper, celery salt and bacon or butter.
    Cover with quart of water.
    Cook slowly for 1 hour.
    Blend flour with milk; add to the hot soup.
    Stir until it comes to a boil.
    Cook for a few minutes.
    Serves 4.
