Ingredients
    3 lb. chicken wings
    1/2 c. sugar or as desired
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 tsp. chicken seasoning
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    3/4 c. water
    1/3 c. lemon juice
    1/4 c. soy sauce
Preparation
    Cut off tips (last joint of wing).
    Divide each wing in half. Place
    in
    a
    single layer in flat baking pan.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes, turning once.
