Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large chicken
    1 large bell pepper, chopped
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. extra wide egg noodles
    Velveeta cheese
    5 stalks celery, chopped
    1 large onion, chopped
Preparation
    Boil chicken.
    Take meat off bones; save the broth.
    Saute chopped vegetables in margarine or chicken broth.
    Cook noodles. Mix with vegetables and chicken.
    Layer mixture with cheese in a casserole dish.
    Mix soup with 2 to 3 cups chicken broth and pour over the dish.
    Top with cheese.
    Bake in oven until cheese is melted.
    Serves 8.
