Mini Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

12 vanilla wafers
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
fruit or chocolate

Preparation

Place foil liners in muffin tin. Put vanilla wafer in each. Mix all ingredients well. Pour over wafers 3/4 way full. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 25 minutes. Cool. Top with fruit or chocolate.
