Dill Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    large dill pickles (approximately 8 to 10)
    large loaf Roman Meal bread
    small white onion, minced
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    several shakes garlic powder or to your taste
Preparation
    Trim crust off bread.
    Mix onion, cream cheese and mayonnaise together.
    Cut each pickle into even strips (usually 6).
    Spread cream cheese mixture over slice of bread.
    Place strip of pickle in middle of bread and roll up.
    Refrigerate rolls overnight. Before serving, slice each roll with an electric knife into approximately 1/2 to 3/4-inch slices.
    Serves 60.
