Broccoli Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head broccoli, washed and cut in small florets
    1/4 to 1/2 lb. bacon
    1/2 to 1 c. raisins (depending on your taste)
    mayonnaise (not Miracle Whip; yuk!)
    1/4 to 1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    After washing broccoli and cutting up into small florets, cook bacon until crisp.
    Crumble bacon into broccoli you've placed in a fairly large bowl to allow for mixing.
    Add raisins.
    Don't skimp. They really add to the flavor.
    Thoroughly mix in mayo.
    Sprinkle with sugar and mix again.
    Tastes best if made ahead a couple of hours.
