Marinated Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 sweet onion, sliced and halved
    2 tomatoes (in thin wedges)
    1 cucumber, peeled and sliced
    1 red pepper
    1 yellow pepper
    1 head cabbage, shredded
    4 oz. sliced ripe olives
    3/4 c. Feta cheese
    2/3 c. virgin olive oil
    1/2 red wine vinegar
    2 cloves minced garlic
Preparation
    Layer cabbage and vegetables in large bowl.
    Combine olive oil and remaining ingredients in a jar.
    Cover tightly and shake well. Pour on vegetables.
    Cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours.
