Steak Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. cubed steak
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 soup can water
    5 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced crosswise
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cut steak into strips and flour lightly on both sides.
    Heat 2 tablespoons cooking oil in a large skillet.
    Brown steak on both sides.
    Pour off excess fat.
    Add potatoes, mushroom soup and one can of water.
    You may add more water if too thick.
    Stir to keep mixture from sticking and simmer for 30 minutes over medium heat. You can also add chopped onions.
    Serves 4.
