Mincemeat Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg yolks
    1/2 c. melted butter or oleo
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. each: raisins and nuts
    1 lb. mincemeat
    1 1/2 to 2 c. flour
    2 beaten egg whites
    1 tsp. soda, dissolved in 1 Tbsp. hot water
Preparation
    Mix in order given.
    Bake about an hour in 350\u00b0 oven.
    Bake in a greased and floured tube pan or Bundt pan.
