Pork Chops With Rosemary - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    6 lean pork chops
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 tsp. rosemary, crumbled
    2 Tbsp. Wesson oil
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Salt and pepper the pork chops.
    Dip in beaten egg, then in the bread crumbs mixed with rosemary.
    Brown the breaded chops in Wesson oil.
    Add celery and water; cover and simmer over low heat 30 minutes.
    Uncover the last 5 minutes to crisp the coated chops. Makes 6 servings.
