Cream Cheese Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. cream cheese
    1 (1 lb.) box confectioners sugar
    about 2 Tbsp. orange or lemon juice
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. grated orange or lemon peel or to taste
Preparation
    In small bowl of mixer, beat cheese until light.
    Gradually beat in sugar.
    Thin frosting as you beat with juice until it is of a good spreading consistency.
    Add vanilla and grated peel.
    Makes enough to frost two 9-inch layers.
    Increase recipe for 3 layers (8 ounces cream cheese, etc.).
