Country Ham - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Reynold's oven bag (turkey size)
    cold water
    1 (10 to 14 lb.) country ham
    1 Tbsp. flour
    4 c. water
Preparation
    To remove salt, soak ham completely covered in cold water for 24 hours; drain.
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Shake flour in oven bag; place in a roasting pan at least 2 inches deep.
    Scrub ham in warm water with a stiff brush; rinse well.
    Place ham in a bag.
    Add 4 cups water.
    Close bag with nylon tie; cut six 1/2-inch slits in top.
    Through slit in bag, puncture the thickest part of the ham with a knife.
    Insert meat thermometer into ham, not touching bone.
    Bake until meat thermometer reads 160\u00b0, 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 hours.
    Let stand in bag 15 minutes.
    Trim skin and fat from ham.
