Mock Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. Velveeta
2 cans cream of chicken
1 c. evaporated milk
1 small can chopped green chilies
1 pkg. corn tortillas
Preparation

Mix liquid, soup and milk; add cut up pieces of cheese and cook over slow heat until cheese melts.
Add green chilies.
Pour layer of liquid and layer of tortillas until all used.
Cook at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 25 minutes.
