Sausage And Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. fresh ground sausage
1/2 (12 oz.) pkg. potatoes O'Brien with onions and peppers
4 oz. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) pkg. mild shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Brown sausage; drain well.
Combine with other ingredients. Bake in 1 3/4-quart casserole dish at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes. If desired, top with mixture of 1/3 cup butter and 1 cup cornflakes (crushed) before baking.
