Sesame Chicken Kabob - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
    1 (11 oz.) can drained mandarins, drained
    3 Tbsp. salad oil
    3 Tbsp. rice vinegar
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. plum sauce or chili sauce
    2 c. chopped bok choy
    1/2 c. enoki or shiitaki mushrooms
    2 Tbsp. toasted sesame seed
    1 Tbsp. toasted sesame oil
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    2 c. chopped red cabbage
    6 to 10 fresh pea pods
    1/2 c. sliced radishes

    You will need 8 (6-inch) skewers, soaked in water.
