Chicken Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 whole chicken breasts, skinned and boned
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. melted oleo
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. bread crumbs *
Preparation

Cook chicken in water.
Cut chicken into chunks and place in a 2-quart casserole or 9 x 13-inch Pam sprayed pan.
Combine soup, mayonnaise and lemon juice.
Spread on chicken.
Sprinkle with the grated cheese.
Combine crumbs and melted oleo and sprinkle on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
