Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. Flour
1 c. light brown Karo (or 1/2 c. white and 1/2 c. brown Karo)
3 Tbsp. butter
3 eggs
1 to 2 tsp. lemon juice (optional)
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Combine and beat sugar, flour, syrup and butter. Add eggs, one at a time, beating thoroughly after each egg is added. Add vanilla and lemon juice and beat vigorously until bubbly.
Pour over pecans in an unbaked pie shell and bake at 300\u00b0 or 325\u00b0 until pie shakes like jello. I double the recipe. Use one 10-inch and one 9-inch pie plate and a quart of pecans.
