Golden Glazed Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope onion soup mix
    2/3 c. apricot or peach preserves
    1/2 c. water
    1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    1 large pepper, sliced
    hot, cooked rice
Preparation
    Combine soup mix, preserves and water.
    Arrange chicken in pan.
    Top with soup mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Turn once.
    Serve on hot rice.
