Homemade Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 beaten egg
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients to a stiff dough.
    Roll very thin; let rest 20 minutes.
    Roll loosely; slice 1/4-inch wide.
    Unroll and cut into desired lengths.
    Dry 2 hours.
    Drop into boiling liquid. Cook, uncovered, for 8 to 10 minutes.
