1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. flour
1 stick soft butter
2 (3 3/4 oz.) pkg. butterscotch instant pudding
3 c. cold milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (13 oz.) Cool Whip
1 c. confectioners sugar
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
Preparation

Mix together chopped pecans, flour and soft butter.
Put mixture in 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Let cool.
