Zucchini Cheddar Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 medium zucchini, sliced
    salt to taste
    1 medium onion, chopped
    butter
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. half and half
    1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    3/4 c. Italian style bread crumbs and additional to sprinkle on top
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese and additional to sprinkle on top
Preparation
    Boil the zucchini in salted water and mash it coarsely.
    Saute the onion in butter.
    Combine all ingredients in a greased casserole; sprinkle bread crumbs and Parmesan on top.
    Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
