Cousin Jean'S Snickerdoodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 c. shortening
    1-1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs, lightly beaten
    2-1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Mix butter, shortening, sugar, and eggs.
    Gradually add flour, cream of tartar, baking soda, and salt.
    Roll into 1-1/2 inch balls.
    Mix cinnamon and sugar.
    Roll balls in mixture.
    Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes.
