Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes
    2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 stick butter
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    salt
    pepper
    2 c. cornflakes, crushed
Preparation
    Place hash browns in 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
    Mix with cheese, sour cream and onion.
    Cut butter into small chunks and dot evenly over all.
    Top with 2 cups crushed cornflakes.
    Bake in oven at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Serves 8.
