Hamburger Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hamburger
1 c. tomato juice
1 can vegetable soup
pinch of salt
1 pkg. grated cheese
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 c. noodles or macaroni
1/2 c. water
dash of Tabasco sauce
Preparation

Brown hamburger and onions.
Drain well.
Cook noodles until tender.
In a 9 x 12-inch pan layer hamburger, noodles, vegetable soup, water and salt.
Mix tomato juice with dash of Tabasco sauce. Pour over top.
Cover with grated cheese and bake at 325\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
