Grapefruit Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 grapefruit
    1/2 pt. whipping cream or Cool Whip
    1 baked pie shell
    3/4 c. sugar
    3 oz. pkg. wild strawberry Jell-O
Preparation
    Boil together sugar, cornstarch and water until clear and starts to thicken.
    Take off stove and add Jell-O.
    Stir until dissolved.
    Cool about 5 minutes.
    Pour 1/2 mixture in baked pie shell; layer grapefruit sections that have the thin lining removed.
    Add the rest of glaze and add another layer of grapefruit.
    Cool rest of the way in refrigerator; cover with whipped cream or Cool Whip.
