Ingredients

2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. pineapple tidbits
1 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 c. sliced cooked beets
Preparation

Cook brown sugar, cornstarch and salt with pineapple (and juice) until thick, stirring constantly.
Add butter, lemon juice and beets.
Heat through.
