Broccoli Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bunch fresh, clean broccoli, uncooked
    1 small red onion, finely chopped
    12 oz. crisp-cooked bacon, crumbled
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. sugar
    4 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
Preparation
    Cut broccoli into bite-sized pieces.
    Add the crumbled bacon and onion.
    Mix mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar together.
    Blend well, then toss lightly with the broccoli-bacon mix.
    Make sure all surfaces are covered.
    Add cheese and toss again.
    Chill before serving.
    Serves 6.
