Plum Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. Crisco oil
2 small jars plum baby food (with tapioca)
3 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 c. self-rising flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1 c. chopped pecans or black walnuts

Preparation

Combine all ingredients and mix well in the mixer.
Pour into tube cake pan or Bundt pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Test 10 minutes before the hour, as may be done a little early.
