Crabmeat Beer Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    1 c. beer
    1 c. flour
    salt
    4 eggs
    1 lb. crab
    1 Tbsp. turmeric
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. lime or lemon juice
Preparation
    Puffs:
    In saucepan, melt 1 stick butter; add beer.
    Bring to boil.
    Add flour.
    Mix; add salt and 1 egg at a time.
    Mix thoroughly until mixture comes away from pan.
    Remove from heat. Drop by spoon onto cookie sheet.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes and at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
