Pineapple Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks in juice (undrained)
    1/3 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. round buttery cracker crumbs
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
Preparation
    Drain pineapple, reserving 3 tablespoons of juice.
    Combine reserved pineapple juice, sugar and flour.
    Stir in juice, sugar and flour.
    Stir in pineapple and cheese.
    Spoon into a lightly greased, shallow 2-cup baking dish.
    Combine cracker crumbs and butter; sprinkle evenly over pineapple mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until bubbly.
