Creamed Cabbage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. shredded white cabbage
1/4 c. minced onion
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
3 oz. cream cheese, softened and cubed
2 Tbsp. dill
salt and pepper
Preparation

Blanch 4 cups of cabbage in boiling salt water for 3 minutes. Drain.
Cover with cold water; drain.
In saucepan, saute onion and butter.
Add cabbage and toss well.
Add cream cheese and dill.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Simmer 2 minutes.
Serves 3 to 4.
