Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising flour
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
    2 small jars strained carrots (baby food)
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Mix all dry ingredients. Add oil. Stir well and add eggs. Add carrots and lastly the nuts. Grease and flour three 8 or 9-inch cake pans. Bake at 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 for about 40 minutes. (Batter may seem a little thin, but will be OK.)
