Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
1 well beaten egg
1 c. milk
1/3 c. vegetable oil
1 to 2 c. fresh or thawed well drained blueberries
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
Make a well in the center. Combine egg, milk and oil.
Add all at once to dry ingredients. Stir quickly until dry ingredients are blended.
Gently stir in blueberries.
Fill greased muffin pan 2/3 full.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
Makes 12 muffins.
