Quick Ham Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. baked ham, cut in cubes
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    4 oz. sliced mushrooms
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Cook ham and onion in margarine until onion is tender.
    Stir in mushrooms and soup.
    Cook 5 minutes.
    Just before serving, blend in sour cream.
    Heat, but do not boil.
    Serve on rice, eggbread or noodles.
    It looks pretty to put chopped parsley in the rice.
    Yields 5 servings.
